Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application. He states that applicant is 61 years of age. Having regard to his age, trial be directed to be expedited. 2.

In view of this, application is allowed to be withdrawn. Learned Trial Court shall dispose of the case within a period of six months from today. If trial is not concluded within that period, applicant will be at liberty to move the Sessions Court for bail. In that case, the Sessions Case will decide the application on its own merits.
