2] The petitioner seeks directions against respondent No.1 to decide the Tribe Verifcation Proposal expeditiously. 3] Learned AGP, on instructions submits that the Vigilance Inquiry is completed. Vigilance report is also received. The petitioner was given notice. The petitioner has not fled his say. 4] The petitioner shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5th October, 2020 and fle his say to the vigilance report. The committee shall, thereafter, decide the proposal, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months. Writ petition is disposed of. [S.V.
