Mr. Gaddime, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. Phatale, the learned counsel sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition be considered.
