Having regard to the same, it would be expedient to grant the application in terms of prayer clause (B), (C) and (D). Civil application accordingly stands granted in terms of prayer clause (B), (C) and (D).

Learned counsel for the applicants graciously states that an amount of Rs.1000/- would be donated to the High Court Advocates' Bar Association Library at Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today.
