Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.520 of 2024, registered with Kotwali Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 354, 354-D, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

The applicant has a case that the father of the applicant had lodged the report against the family members of the victim. However, to counter the said N.C., false report has been lodged. No weapon has been used. The applicant is

936-BA.893-24.odt languishing in jail since 25.04.2024. The material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant RUSHIKESH VAIBHAV SHINDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall not contact the victim and pressurize the witnesses.
