Learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the petitioners' grievance stand redressed in the light of

6667.23wp (2) the latest Circular dated 28/01/2025 and particularly Clause (F), wherein clarification has been issued in respect of retrospectivity of the Notification dated 24/03/2023 issued in the Department of School Education and Sports of the Ministry, and in the light of the order dated 11/02/2025, passed at the Principal Seat in similar matters in Writ Petition No.3845/2024 (Rajendra Vasantrao Sonawane and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and connected matters. 2.

Though the learned advocate for the intervenors submits that already the Circular dated 28/01/2025 is a subject matter of challenge not only at this Bench but even in Nagpur Bench and Principal Seat, when it is a matter of abandonment of the claim by the petitioners, may be because of the perception being carried by them about the purpose having been subserved by Circular dated 28/01/2025, the writ petition is disposed of.
