These are the Applications by the Acquiring Body for stay to the impugned Judgment and Award.

This Court by order dated 14.12.2020 has granted ad interim stay to the impugned Judgment and Award subject to deposit of 60% amount under the Award. There is no dispute that the Acquiring Body has deposited 60% amount as directed by this Court. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Claimants submits that the Acquiring Body be directed to deposit the remaining amount. 4.
On hearing both the sides and considering that the Acquiring Body has deposited 60% amount under the Award, the said ad interim order is confirmed and the Applications for stay stand disposed off in terms of prayer clause 'B' thereof.
