The communication states that the petitioner is not entitled for appointment on compassionate ground in view of the fact that the father of the petitioner was appointed pursuant to Maharup agreement. Though we may not consider the said reason given in the impugned communication, however it appears that the petitioner has crossed 40 years of age and the compassionate appointment is claimed on the ground that the father of the petitioner has died in Januray, 1996. Considering the long time gap and the fact that the petitioner has crossed 40 years of his age, request of the petitioner cannot be considered. Writ Petition, as such, disposed of. No costs. ( V. K.
