Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the petition, the charge-sheet has been submitted. The applicant has filed the present application to carry out amendment by inserting certain paragraph/grounds and also prayer clauses for quashing of the charge-sheet.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application for amendment, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly. 3.
