We have heard the learned AGP appearing for the applicants. Perused the grounds taken in the Review Application, its accompaniments and the order under review.

Upon perusal of the order under review, it is clear that the learned AGP appearing for the State in Writ Petition made a statement before this Court that in view of the order passed by the

Appellate Authority, the petitioners can be kept in the list of surplus candidates to be absorbed in the Ashram School.

Apart from the said statement made before this Court, which was one of the grounds to dispose of the Petition, we have carefully perused the grounds in the Review Application and we are of the opinion that none of the grounds would give rise to review the order under review. There is no error apparent on the face of record so as to review the order under review. The Review Application is devoid of merits and the same stands rejected.
