Perused the allegations in the FIR and in particular, assault by the accused persons, as alleged in the complaint, on 1st October 2013. As

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 3433 of 2014 a matter of fact, the complainant had taken treatment in the hospital. It appears that the medical certificate is also annexed with the complaint. Prima facie offence is disclosed, needs investigation. No case is made out at this stage.
