The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.196 of 2023 registered with Ahmedpur Police Station, District Latur for the offence punishable under Section 376, 452, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Apparently, the report is delayed by two days. The material placed on record would point out that the sister of the applicants had lodged the report against the husband of the complainant and thereafter, the complainant has lodged the report against the applicants. The sister of the applicants alleged against the husband of the complainant that she got pregnant from him. In view of the facts of the case and material progress in the investigation, it

932-ba-847-2023.odt (2) would be inappropriate to keep the applicants behind bar. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants, Laxman Venkati Jadhav and Babu Venkati Jadhav, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.

(iv) The applicants shall not enter Taluka Ahmedpur, District Latur for two months from the date of their release. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
