This is an application filed by the applicant acquiring body for stay to the operation and execution of the impugned award. The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellant has already deposited the amount of compensation together with interest.

The learned counsel for the respondents/claimants has not opposed the application. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 appears to be formal party. 3.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the application, the execution and operation of the award under challenge is hereby stayed.
