By this petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of Internship Certificate and the documents, without insisting for the Tribe Validity Certificate. The petitioner has completed her MBBS and also her internship.

The learned Advocate representing the Health University submits on instructions that the eligible candidates, meaning those candidates who have completed their internship, can be issued with their certificates and the respective colleges have been

1-WP-6358-2022 -2instructed not to withhold the Internship Certificates of the eligible candidates.

The learned AGP submits on instructions from the Member Secretary of the Committee that the pending claim of the petitioner would be decided within three months. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the following directions :- (a) The college would issue the Internship Certificate of this petitioner.

(b) The degree certificate would not be released by the University.

(c) The pending claim of this petitioner would be decided on or before 30.12.2022.

(d) The petitioner would render fullest co-operation to the Committee for the expeditious disposal of her claim.
