Learned counsel for Applicant refers to the contents of the Application and makes a request to condone the delay. The counsel submits that due to confusion of dates, there was delay.

The learned counsel for Respondent -original accused opposes the Application. According to him, there is no justifiable cause for condoning delay of 147 days.
