Mr. Maney, learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondent nos.4 and 5 are not acting as per the letter dated 18.03.2019 issued by respondent no.3 and they are not holding special General Body meeting of respondent no.6 for reconstruction under Section 19 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

If respondent no.3 has already issued some directions, it is for respondent no.3 to see that the said directions are complied with.

The petitioner may bring it to the notice of respondent no.3 the communication and noncompliance of the letter dated 18.03.2019. Naturally, respondent no.3 would take further steps in the matter in accordance with law.
