It is submitted that, in clause no.III of operative part of the order dated 17.03.2025, name of appellate court is inadvertently mentioned as "Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai" instead of "Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli". Therefore necessary correction is requested to be made.

In view of above, in the order dated 17.03.2025 in clause no.III of operative part, name of appellate court "Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai" be replaced as "Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli". 5.
