The learned counsel submits that the application is filed for regularization of encroachment on gayran land with respondent no.2, however the same is not yet decided. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner for regularization with respondent no.2 and if the same is pending then the respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merit and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within three months.
