Applicants are seeking suspension of sentence awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shrigonda in Special (SC/ST) Case No. 155/2019 on 19.04.2024. Applicants were on bail during the course of trial. After conviction, on 19.04.2024 order was passed under Section 389(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure granting them bail till they approach Appellate Forum. Fine amount of Rs. 7,000/- has also been deposited.

Being short terms sentence, I deem it appropriate to suspend the sentence on certain

ORDER

a) Sentence awarded by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shrigonda against the applicants in Special (SC/ST) Case No.

155/2019 vide judgment and order dated 19.04.2024 shall stand suspended on condition that applicants shall furnish P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

b) Criminal Application is disposed of.
