Heard. Perused the allegations in the F.I.R. The applicants are named in the F.I.R. Charge sheet is also filed. The offences are alleged, which are punishable under Sections 395, 307, 149 etc. of the Indian Penal Code. At this stage, it is not possible to segregate the role of the applicants. We have perused the material collected by the prosecution agency. There is sufficient material to proceed in trial. In that view of the matter, no case is made out. Application is rejected.
