management for grant of approval to her transfer effected pursuant to Rules 41 and 41A of the M.E.P.S. Rules, 1981. 4.

In the light of consistent view being taken by this Court relying the Government Resolution dated 29/04/2024 and the Circular dated 3/10/2024, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed to take appropriate decision on the proposal forwarded by the management on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, however, without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29/04/2024 and Circular dated 03/10/2024.
