The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed application with respondent Nos. 3 and 4 for appointment on compassionate ground in place of his father. Father of the petitioner died while in service on 28.08.2017. 2.

Mr. Shinde, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 4 submits that, the respondent No. 4 would consider application of the petitioner (page 13) on its own merits.

In the light of that, the respondent No. 4 shall take decision on the application of the petitioner (page 13) on its own

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
