This matter was heard extensively on 29.07.2022 and 01.08.2022.

The contention of the Petitioners is that the major portion of their grievance has been redressed. However, the number of persons belonging to different categories and the total number of persons residing in Grampanchayat, Kopardi, District-Ahmednagar,suffered discrepancy. 3.

The learned AGP has placed a chart before us, which is the correction carried out by the

2 wp 6408.2022 competent committee in form B for Grampanchayat Kopardi, Taluka - Karjat, District - Ahmednagar. The same is marked as "X" for identification. He further submits that the map would also be corrected within five (05) days. The learned AGP submits on instructions from the Naib Tahsidlar, Karjat Shri Prakash More who is present in the Court.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners are satisfied as their grievance has been redressed. 5.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.

Needless to state, the Respondent authorities would issue the corrected map on or before 12.08.2022.
