Heard Shri Rane, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri Chapalgaonkar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-corporation. In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance 50% of the amount alongwith interest accrued thereon be invested in

917-CA-8653-2018.odt (2) Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required, for the further period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) The Civil Application stands disposed of.

iv) The disbursement be made of the amount permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants in terms of the award i.e. 90% amount is to be paid to claimant no.1 and then 5% each be paid to applicant nos.2 and 3.
