We have briefly heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

We find numerous disputed issues with regard to the service tenure of the petitioner, viz. as to whether (a) he was validly selected and appointed, (b) he was orally terminated in 2016 and (c) was orally reinstated in service, etc. He has voiced his entire grievance through a representation dated 11/05/2021, addressed to the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, respondent No.3. The same is not yet gone into by the said authority.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Respondent No.3 is directed to deal with the grievance voiced by the petitioner vide his letter/representation dated 11/05/2021 at page No.21 of the petition paper book. Let a decision be taken on the said representation, on or before 30/06/2022.

In the event, respondent No.3 is unable to trace out the said representation, the petitioner would be informed in writing, so as to enable him to submit another self attested copy for a decision, within the time frame granted by this Court.
