3] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is behind the bars since more than one year and therefore, he may be released on bail.
2 18-crappln2952-15.odt 4] However, considering the nature of allegations against the applicant, that he dashed head of his 70 years old father-in-law, against the wall and even though bleeding started, he gave kicks on the chest of that old man, without commenting on merit of the case, since as per the report of the concerned Sessions Judge, trial may be concluded within a period of six months, present application is rejected.
