S. C. R. Caterers, Dry Fruits, Fruit Juice Stalls Welfare Association and another dated Januray 29, 2016.

As the issue in the present writ petition is already covered by the judgment of the Apex Court in a case of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and others V/s. S. C. R. Caterers, Dry Fruits, Fruit Juice Stalls Welfare Association

2 WP4875.13 and another referred to supra the parties to the present writ petition naturally would be governed by the said judgment. 3.

With this observation the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
