ORDER :

Notice in delay condonation applications. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent/State and Land Acquisition Officer. Learned counsel Shri. Bhosle h/f. Mr. A.B. Kale makes a statement that he is filing appearance for all the original claimants in these matters. Both the sides are heard. In view of the contents of the applications and submissions made and difficulties faced by the Department of Government in processing the matter and collecting funds, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. All the applications filed for delay condonation are allowed. Delay is condoned.

The learned counsel for Acquiring Body is not pressing for interim stay. In view of this circumstance, no stay is granted. Original claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution of judgments and awards. The applications filed for stay are disposed of.
