On 20th October, 2021, learned counsel for the sole appellant has tendered a death certifcate of the appellant and on that date, time was granted to the learned APP for the Respondent-State to verify the said facts.

2. Today, learned APP has submitted a report of Police Inspector of A.C.B. Beed along with death certifcate of the sole appellant. The certifcate is taken on record and marked as ''X'' for identifcation.

3. Learned counsel for the deceased appellant submits that he will take instructions from the legal representative of the deceased appellant as to whether they wish to prosecute the present appeal.

4. At the request of learned counsel for the appellant stand over to 22.11.2021.''
