The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) The respondent no. 3 and 4 may kindly be directed to issue Internship Completion Certificate and other required documents to the petitioner without insisting for Tribe Validity Certificate of the petitioner, as the petitioner has successfully completed his MBBS course and also completed his necessary Internship." 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his validation claim proceedings have been closed for orders by the

The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that, the order could be delivered within a period of three weeks.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 6.

Let the Committee deliver it's order on the claim filed by the petitioner, on or before 11/08/2022.
