ORAL ORDER :

The applicants have taken out this application seeking permission to correct the name of applicant No. 2 i.e. 'Seema Sandip Patil' in C.A. No. 4844 of 2020 which has been disposed of vide Order dated 18/08/2020. Learned counsel for applicants submits that due to typographical mistake the name of applicant No. 2 wrongly typed as 'Seema Sandip Patil' and same to be corrected as 'Seema Sudeep Patil'. 2.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that mistake is a typographical mistake and he has no objection to allow the correction.

In view of above and the mistake being typographical mistake, the application is allowed in

2 904 CA 5802.2020 in F.A. 1663.2020 terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary correction be carried out within three days.

In view of correction of name in C.A. No. 4844 of 2020, necessary correction be carried out in Order dated 18/08/2020. The name recorded as 'Seema Sandip Patil' be corrected as 'Seema Supdeep Patil'. 5.

The application disposed of in above terms.
