The petitioner seeks four advance increments as per the Government Resolution dated 11th December, 1999. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State. 3.

The petitioner is appointed on 06.07.2005. The petitioner has got Ph. D. qualification on 03rd April, 2001. In view of that, the petitioner would be governed by the Government Resolution dated 01st March, 1999 and 11th December, 1999. Reference can also be had to the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court

2 wp 6957.19 at Nagpur in Writ Petition No. 3300 of 2010 dated 15.03.2018. The petitioners therein were similarly situated like the present petitioner. The Court held that, the petitioners therein are entitled for four advance increments as per the Government Resolution dated 11th December, 1999.

In view of the above and for the reasons recorded in judgment dated 15.03.2018 in Writ Petition No. 3300 of 2010, we direct the respondents to accord benefit of four advance increments to the petitioner as per the G. R. dated 11th December, 1999 with other consequential benefits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of this order.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
