Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 45 days condoned in filing first appeal. Learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.1 and 2 i.e. original claimants strongly opposes the application on the ground that the reasons mentioned in the application are not sufficient and reasonable.

Taking into consideration the reasons, those have been mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 to 5, liberal approach is taken and therefore, delay is hereby condoned.
