The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to leave encashment benefit and challenging the communication issued by the Institution.

The grievance of the petitioner can be gone into before the Grievance Committee constituted by the University as per the Maharashtra Public Universities Act. The petitioner may approach the Grievance Committee. In case the petitioner files an application, the Grievance Committee shall decide it expeditiously considering
