Heard Mr. Soman, learned advocate for applicant. Applicant seeks to condone delay of 566 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perusal of reasons shows that delay has been occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Delay is not intentional. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay. 4.

The reasons stated in application are not controverted by filing affidavit in reply.

Considering reasons as stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Delay of 566 days caused in filing appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. ON STAY APPLICATION CA NO.8526 OF 2024 Mr. Soman, learned advocate for appellant submits that the entire amount under the award passed by Reference Court is deposited with the Registry of this Court.
