Heard Mr. Soman, learned advocate appearing for the applicant.

The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 566 days caused in filing the appeal.

Considering the submissions advanced, and reasons as stated in the application, it is apparent that delay has been occasioned on account of administrative reasons. The respondents have not controverted contents of the application nor applicants took any advantage by making the delay. 4.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. In the result the application is allowed. Delay of 566 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered.

Office endorsement dated 12.2.2025 shows that demand draft no.919831 has been deposited for amount of Rs.20,32,541/- Hence, there is compliance of condition.
