We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The Appeal filed by respondent no.7 is pending with the Hon'ble Minister.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that, the Hon'ble Minister would decide the said Appeal finally within four months.

Considering the nature of the Appeal, the Hon'ble Minister may endeavour to decide the same within a period of three months on its own merits, after hearing all parties concerned.
