Heard learned counsel for appearing parties. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before scrutiny committee for scrutiny and yet has not been decided.

In the circumstances, we deem it expedient to direct the scrutiny committee to decide on pending tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. The petitioner to co-operate with the scrutiny committee in early disposal of his tribe claim.

Learned counsel for petitioner also points out that interim relief, not to take adverse action against the petitioner

on account of his failure to submit tribe validation certificate, is operating.

In view of the same, said interim relief to continue to operate till the decision by the scrutiny committee. 5.

The petition, with the aforesaid observations, stands disposed of.
