Applicant is the mother of deceased, naturally entitled for compensation. Respondent No.1 is the brother of deceased. In view of their relationship with the deceased, applicant - mother is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. Balance amount be paid to Respondent No.1 - brother of the deceased.
