This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.4 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to take decision on the proposal for according approval to the appointment of the petitioners tendered on 11.7.2015 and 6.8.2015, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today, in accordance with the provisions of law and it is accordingly directed. Writ Petition is disposed of. 2.

It is clarified that, we have not considered the merits of the contentions raised in the Writ Petition and those are specifically kept open.
