PER COURT :- The petitioners are praying for issuance of directions, to the respondents, to register/include their names, in the voters list, prepared for Gangapur Assembly constituency, within stipulated time. Learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 has presented an affidavit of Nayab Tahsildar - Elections, in the office of Tahsildar, Gangpur, Dist. Aurangabad. In para No.6 of the affidavit in reply, it stated that, the petitioners have filled in Form No.6 for inclusion of their names, on 21.5.2015 and as such, claim of the petitioners for inclusion of their names in the voters list of Gangapur Assembly constituency would be considered, during forthcoming registration programme. In view of the assurance recorded in para No.6 of the affidavit in reply, the grievance raised by the petitioners, in the instant petition, stands redressed substantially.

Writ petition accordingly stands disposed.
