All these applications have been filed for getting the delay of 1086 days condoned in filing first appeals.

The acquiring body intends to file first appeals challenging the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. However,

Learned Advocate appearing for the original claimants have raised strong objection on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in the applications and by taking liberal view, the delay stands condoned. 5.
