It appears that both these applications are filed for same relief i.e. deletion of name of non-applicant No.9 Shamkabai Yashwanta Lokhande. The learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 4 to 8 opposed the applications, but submitted, in turn, that such deletion if permitted, must be at the risk of applicant. In view of such submission, Civil Application No. 9673 of 2022 stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B) at the risk of applicant. Deletion be carried out within stipulated period.
