Learned counsel for the applicant has advanced the arguments extensively.

Learned A.P.P. pointed out the acts of the applicant who has repeatedly beaten the deceased with axe blows on chest and many parts of the body. The entire acts have been captured in the CCTV footage. It shows that time and again he was beating the deceased. After having gone through the transcription of the CCTV footage and other material, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail.

Thereafter, the learned counsel for the applicant sought time to produce case laws. He has produced the three case laws. Those are on different facts and having no relevance with this case. Learned counsel for the applicant/accused has argued till his satisfaction, but the Court was not convinced.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. 5.
