Applicant is convict in R.C.C. No. 86/2016 whereby he was convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)(1)(i) and 506 of IPC. In the Criminal Appeal no. 11/2018 Appellate Court acquitted him for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A) (1)(i) and 506 of IPC instead convicted him for the offence under Section 354 of IPC. He was sentenced to suffer SI for one year with fine of Rs. 500. It is informed to this Court that fine amount is paid.

Since the sentence is short terms and considering the fact that there is no possibility of Revision Application being heard in near future, the Applicant is enlarged on bail by suspending substantive sentence imposed upon him.

Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Bail before trial Court.
