Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the informant is father of the victim, who was allegedly subjected to cruelty and therefore, he had filed the F.I.R. vide CR No.61/2021 on 09.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 448, 451, 394, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The respondents are original accused Nos.2 and 3. Learned Advocate submits that the wife i.e. the daughter of the present applicant has arrived at a compromise and has gone to reside with her husband and therefore, on instructions, he wants to withdraw the application.

Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
