Order :- Heard learned AGP for the applicant- State of Maharashtra and learned counsel for respondents-original claimants. 2.

This Court under Order 6th March, 2018, granted stay to the execution and implementation of impugned Judgment and Award passed by learned Reference Court subject to condition the applicantsappellants shall deposit the entire decreetal amount with accrued interest thereon till next date. The matter was kept on 6th June, 2018. But, the applicant - State of Maharashtra did not take cognizance of the order passed by this Court nor deposit the decreetal amount for compliance of the order dated 6th March, 2018. 3.

In such circumstances, there is no propriety to grant any stay to the execution and implementation of the Judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court in this matter. Hence, applications for stay filed on behalf of applicant- State of Maharashtra are hereby rejected. No order as to the costs.

The respondents-original claimants are at liberty to execute the Award by availing appropriate remedy under the Law. [ K. K. SONAWANE ] JUDGE rrd.
