It is contention of the learned counsel of the applicant that in connected matters this Court has allowed to withdraw 75% amount to the applicant in those matters. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that applicant No.2 and 3 are minor hence their amount cannot be withdrawn by the applicant No.1.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw 30% of
