The applicant has filed this application to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the revision application. Having considered the grounds raised in paragraph no.4 of the application and the length of delay, I deem it appropriate that the prayer is innocuous; therefore, it would not cause prejudice to the rights of the respondents if the application is allowed without issuing notice to them.

In view of the same, the criminal application is allowed. The delay of 18 days in filing the revision application is condoned. The revision application is to be registered accordingly.
