Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Additional Government pleader for respondents. The civil application is filed for recalling the order dated 7.7.2021 in Writ Petition No.7416/2021.

After hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader, it appears that the learned advocate for the petitioner on 7th July 2021 when the matter was heard could not convey that he is not encroacher, but he has given application for regularisation for the villagers. 3.

In the light of that, the order dated 7th July 2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 7416/2021 is recalled. Civil Application is disposed of.

We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Additional Government pleader for respondents. 2.

At present we are not inclined to consider the other reliefs claimed by the petitioner. The petitioner has already given representation dated 25.3.2021 to the respondent No. 2 - Collector.

The respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon the representation given by the petitioner in accordance with law, policy of the State Government on it's own merits, preferably within four months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 5.
